Total Cherry exclusive agreement
The UK cherry industry is set for a major boost following an agreement with Total Cherry and Okanagan Plant Improvement Corp, Canada for the sole license for production in the UK & Ireland of Staccato cherry, and marketing of the said fruit.
This renowned late producing variety, with its exceptional and unique characteristics, will bring delight to growers and consumers alike. As part of the agreement, notice has been served, through an industry advertisement, to announce this exclusivity, and only plantings, in the agreed area of production, authorised by Total Cherry are legal.
